NEW MEMBERS - perhaps you are new to bowls and want to have a try for the first time. Maybe you are sporty but now a little less agile.  Perhaps you aren’t so sporty but want to be more active. Are you looking for an activity that’s very sociable and a sport for all ages? Both fresh air and exercise - bowls offers a great combination!

Byfield Bowls Club welcomes new members, including juniors and the disabled. We even hold smaller sets of junior bowls for smaller hands – our junior membership is only £10.

You can be assured of a warm friendly welcome at our club and there will be someone to support you whilst you pick up this new sport. If you are a visiting bowler from another part of the country, a spectator or someone looking for a new club you are also more than welcome to join us.
